Appointments
We can only treat your dog by veterinary consent/referral. We will do this for you by contacting your vet or orthopaedic specialist. This confirms your dog’s condition and that your dog is medically fit enough to undergo hydrotherapy treatment.
Your dog can still have hydrotherapy treatment even if your vet has not recommended it. We treat dogs for fun and fitness sessions also. The majority of vets are supportive and are willing to give consent.

Your first rehabitation appointment lasts 45 minutes, following this appointments usually last 30 minutes. On your first appointment we would like you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you can read and sign our terms and conditions prior to the session. We also need to check your dog’s vaccination record card. (Don’t worry if they don’t get annual boosters. We can still treat them, but we need to make further checks).
Please ensure your dog has not been fed within 2 hours of your appointment.

Fees
Please call for up to date prices. We are members of the CHA and IRVAP so you so you may be able to recover the hydrotherapy fees from your insurance company if your pet is insured. Please contact your insurer for clarification.
Paying your hydrotherapy fees
Owners are responsible for treatment fees, and we request payment on the day of treatment. We accept cash, bank transfer or card. We can make direct claims from some insurance companies (preauthorisation required). Please contact us for more details.
Opening Times:
We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays by appointment only. Evening appointments are available Tuesday to Thursday. To make an appointment please call the main centre landline on 0113 2505113 ext 3 or mobile 07734 393505. We aim to respond to any missed calls and messages within 24 hours.
